What type of service do you offer? Wayba takes photographs of all types of sports & events. We concentrate on the action of individual competing in all age groups, sports and events, as well as team photos.

Why don’t I see my team/athlete’s photo on your website? It is very difficult for us to photograph every athlete and to cover every event. We do try to capture all of the athletes at each game. However, if you would like Wayba to cover a particular event, please contact us.

When will the photos be available for purchase? How long will the images be on the web? Photos are available within 5 days after the event.

Why do some of my pictures look grainy or blurry? Different sporting locations, along with weather and lighting conditions, may make some images look blurry. This is actually a result of motion-blur which is caused by using a slow shutter speed. This is common at outdoor night games or indoor gyms where the lights are not bright enough. Under these conditions, prints will also seem grainy.

When will I receive my photograph? Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for mail delivery or you can pick up your order at Beef’O’Brady’s in Bourbonnais and receive a coupon. This coupon can be used at a later date.

Why don’t my prints look like the ones I saw on you web site? Due to the various print sizes offered, an 8x10 print might appear slightly different in cropping than a 5x7 or 4x6 print.

Can I make copies of the photographs that I purchase? The images that you have purchased are copyrighted by Wayba Productions. It is ILLEGAL to make copies of these images.

Does wayba maintain regular office hours to handle questions and concerns? Because we specialize in location photography, we rely on e-mail and voice mail. Every effort is made to return messages and emails within 24 hours.

Does wayba have a guarantee? Yes. The Wayba Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply notify Wayba within 30 days so that we may correct the order, credit your next order, or give you a refund.

Will my images be sold to unrelated parties? No, I will never knowingly sell to unrelated parties, although I will reserve the right to supply my images to the media as well as selected sports clubs, schools and organizations for editorial use and Wayba marketing purposes.
